Move the clockspring

With the holder screwdriver in, pull the holder away from the clockspring.

Since you only loosened the screw, the spring won't unwind.
Here's the clever (well, kinda clever) bit. Prying the holder away (you can also use your finger), turn the screwdriver to rotate the clockspring.
Think, using the screwdriver and clockspring as a gear set.

Start with small increments.

Turning the clockspring clockwise leans out the air-fuel ratio. Counter-clockwise richens up the mixture.

Dont forget to re-tighted the screw.
